HULL, IOWA — Today, Feenstra for Governor announced that the Feenstra Finance Committee has expanded to 64 people, comprising Iowa’s most prominent GOP donors and business leaders across all four corners of the state.
The Feenstra Finance Committee will ensure that Congressman Feenstra has the resources to not only secure the GOP nomination, but ensure that the Governor’s office remains in Republican control. The finance committee has both contributed to and raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for Iowa GOP campaigns, President Trump, and now Congressman Feenstra’s Gubernatorial Exploratory Committee.
The Feenstra For Governor Committee announced over $1 million raised in its first 24 hours, $3.2 million raised in 3 weeks, and is nearing $4 million for the race in just 5 weeks. The Campaign Committee recently launched its 2nd statewide TV buy, which is up on broadcast in Cedar Rapids, Des Moines, Sioux City, Ottumwa, and the Quad Cities.
“The expansion of the finance committee represents growing momentum for our campaign and ensures that we have the resources we need to win,” said Feenstra. “I am humbled that Iowans from every corner of our state have lined up behind our campaign to take Iowa to new heights.
